Beleive it or not, the DM5104.EN.msi driver package will actually install to a Finish, but the 510 still shows up in Device Managler with a yellow exclaimation mark and states The drivers. There is an email link that should link to Outlook, but there is no link. Now I find that I cant get my Documate 510 scanner to be recognized properly. I realize the scanner and its software are outdated, but this is a really functional scanner. Visioneer OneTouch is a utility that connects scanner buttons with pre-selected destinations (and/or applications) and allows you to scan into these destinations by simply pressing one button. I use an Xerox Documate 510 scanner on Windows 8.1.
